We are an non-profit organization, which has been working with "refugees" who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict, discrimination, and persecution, and have come to Japan.

Many of these young people have skills, experience, and passion, even though they have become refugees due to the situation in their home countries where they were born and raised.

WELgee aims to create a "society where people can build a future together" by connecting these people with Japanese companies as "refugee talents".

WELgee operates a training program and a companion work program to connect refugees with companies where they can play an active role.

Training Programs
WELgee provides customized career education, mentorship, and skill development opportunities for each refugee for free of charge ,so that they can find a job that makes the most of their aspirations, strengths, and life experiences.

Employment Accompanying Services
Experienced career coordinators, who are well versed in cross-cultural communication and foreign human resources, accompany both companies and human resources. 

We call our donars as "WELgee family".
